I have come to the understanding that people will not like you just because they can. Just because its free of charge and requires no real explanation. People will wake up one day, read a single tweet that you felt the need to post and decide that your voice causes a significant interruption in their daily routine.
They can't walk like you, talk like you, and most importantly think like you. People don't like that.
But an artist has it the worse. The brain of an artist is wired in such a way that the millions of thoughts they possess in a minute will drive them crazy if there is no real outlet for them to utilize. They drift away from the norm. Not because being a rebel is cool, but because there is something in their soul pushing them towards what looks and sounds different. Oh how the true artist loves being called weird.
People don't like that.
But I bet the arteries that pumps blood to my chest cavity, that if a simpleton was givin the chance to be an artist, to create, to discover, to have an opinion that means something...he would take it within the seconds of a heartbeat.
